Oslo Wooden Storage Bed – Timeless Design, Made in France
The wooden storage bed Oslo combines simple lines, generous storage, and finishes that fit easily into your home. Available in 140 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm, it comes in three finishes: White, Natural Oak-look, and Whitewashed Oak-look.
A bright bedroom, a soft atmosphere, or warmer tones: Oslo lets you create a sleeping space that feels like your own. Its clean silhouette keeps the room balanced while concealing useful everyday storage.
Discreet, functional built-in storage
Under the bed, the storage compartment with assisted lift holds your comforters, pillows, bedding, and seasonal clothing. It frees up closet space by making use of the area beneath the bed, without adding another piece of furniture to the bedroom.
At the foot of the bed, the handle built into the platform lets you raise the bed base with the assistance of two gas struts. A metal bar holds the mattress in place while you lift it. The storage compartment’s floor-level base separates your belongings from the flooring and helps limit dust rising into the compartment.
Made in France from carefully selected materials
Made in France, the Oslo storage bed showcases local craftsmanship. Its four sides are made from 28 mm thick PEFC-certified engineered wood panels, forming a stable structure suited to everyday use.
The Natural Oak-look and Whitewashed Oak-look finishes are decorative finishes applied to the panels to evoke wood grain. Along with White, they offer three ways to coordinate Oslo with your furniture and textiles, all with the same construction.
An included bed base and a design built to last
The included lift-up upholstered bed base combines a tubular metal frame with a wooden platform covered in breathable fabric with a honeycomb finish. Four vents promote airflow between the mattress and the storage compartment.
The bed supports up to 200 kg, excluding the mattress. To help your bed last, all parts can be replaced individually. This design lets you maintain and repair your furniture when needed.
Oslo is delivered without a mattress. Choose one that fits the bed and weighs between 20 and 40 kg for the standard lift mechanism to work properly. Our team can help you choose your bedding.
A harmonious, personal space to rest
Pair Oslo with bedding in your favorite colors, a few pillows, and coordinating nightstands to create a welcoming bedroom. Sold without a headboard, it can be complemented by a Milla or Sato headboard, placed between the bed and the wall without attaching it to the frame.
Understated design, discreet storage, and French craftsmanship: Oslo brings together the essentials for a bedroom that is as pleasant to use as it is to look at.

Choose a 140 × 200 cm or 160 × 200 cm mattress, depending on your bed size. We particularly recommend our Two-Person Bamboo and Organic Cotton with Pocket Springs models, after checking the weight of the version you choose.
The standard mechanism is designed for a mattress weighing between 20 and 40 kg. If your mattress falls outside this range, contact our team when placing your order so we can arrange a suitable configuration.
Yes, the bed base platform accommodates pocket-spring, foam and latex mattresses. The mattress must match the bed dimensions and fall within the weight range suited to the mechanism.
The mattress weight helps balance the mechanism. A mattress that is too light may make closing difficult, while one that is too heavy may take more effort to lift. The 20 to 40 kg range applies to both sizes with the standard gas struts. If needed, we can offer more powerful struts.
Stand at the foot of the bed and use the handle built into the platform. Two gas struts assist with lifting, while a metal bar holds the mattress in place. This lets you access the storage compartment without removing the mattress.
No clearance is needed at the head of the bed to open it. Allow enough space at the foot of the bed to stand in front of the handle and access the storage compartment.
Yes, Oslo can be paired with the Milla and Sato headboards. They sit between the bed and the wall, without attaching to the storage bed frame.
No, the bed base arrives fully assembled in one piece. Its box measures 208 × 147 × 8.5 cm for the 140 cm version and 208 × 167 × 8.5 cm for the 160 cm version. Check the access routes into your home before ordering.
Yes, the storage compartment has a bottom panel made of engineered wood that rests directly on the floor. It separates your belongings from the room’s flooring and helps limit dust rising into the compartment. There are no interior dividers in the storage space.
The bed supports up to 200 kg, excluding the mattress weight. This capacity applies to the people using the bed and is not the recommended mattress weight for operating the gas struts.
Allow about 45 minutes with two people. All necessary tools are included, and the bed base arrives already assembled.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products and excess water, especially around the edges and joints, to preserve the decorative surfaces.
