Services and benefits
Local production, fast delivery, responsive customer service, sustainable wood, secure payment…
French, local and responsible
We build lasting relationships with French and European workshops known for their dedication to their craft, precision and respect for the environment.
That’s why every piece of furniture is designed to meet high standards of durability and aesthetics.
This choice allows us to favor shorter supply chains, limit our carbon footprint and ensure transparent material traceability.
Each piece of furniture is the result of skilled craftsmanship or carefully managed semi-industrial production, designed to last and serve you over time.
Fast shipping
within 24 to 48 hours
We know how much it matters to receive your furniture without delay. That’s why, when you order an item that’s in stock, we commit to preparing and shipping your furniture within 24 to 48 business hours. For other items available for preorder, we clearly display the estimated lead time.
Each piece is carefully protected, then entrusted to a reliable carrier for fast, secure delivery.
You’ll receive updates at every stage, right up to delivery.
France-based customer service
here to listen
We believe elegance extends to the care we show our customers. Our France-based customer service team is here to help before, during and after your order, with prompt, thoughtful support.
Need help choosing a piece of furniture? Advice on coordinating your choices or checking a technical detail? We’re here to help.
And if a piece of furniture arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll quickly replace the affected parts without a complicated process.
Fast delivery
in 3 to 5 days
Once shipped, your furniture generally arrives within 3 to 5 business days throughout mainland France and in several European countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain…).
We have carefully selected our logistics partners for their reliability and on-time delivery.
Depending on the furniture, delivery may include scheduling an appointment and bringing it directly into the room of your choice for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
Your furniture, guaranteed
3 years
Durability is one of our strongest commitments.
That’s why all our furniture comes with a 3-year warranty from the date you receive it.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and assembly.
If there’s a problem, our team will personally help arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part as quickly as possible.
An easy return,
without complications
Our aim is for every piece of furniture to find its natural place in your home.
But if it doesn’t, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us with ease.
We’ll guide you through the process and explain each step. Once we receive the furniture in its original condition, your refund is processed promptly, without complications or unpleasant surprises.
100% secure payments
In one or multiple payments
Your security and comfort are central to your shopping experience. We’ve selected simple, highly secure payment options that meet the strictest French and European standards.
You can shop with confidence and pay by credit or debit card or another secure method.
And to give you more flexibility, we also offer installment payment options with no hidden fees.
Furniture designed to last
We design each piece to stay with you for years without warping, weakening or going out of style.
Sturdy materials, careful finishes and solid joinery: every detail is designed to withstand daily life and stand the test of time without going out of style.
That’s how we give meaning back to buying furniture: choosing a piece that lasts rather than one that is “disposable.”
