A cozy spot to read, a proper bed each night, and storage to keep the room inviting: the Alma extendable wooden daybed suits the different moments of life at home. In a bedroom, studio, or office where you host loved ones, its matte white finish adds a soft touch that pairs easily with your decor.
Designed for everyday sleeping for one or two people, this daybed expands from a 90 × 200 cm bed to a generous 180 × 200 cm double bed. Closed again, it returns to its compact size so you can make the most of your room.
Because a pleasant room is also an easy room to keep tidy, Alma has two drawers on runners. They provide space for sheets, clothes, or small belongings without taking up floor space with another storage unit.
The drawers hold your belongings while the extendable section enlarges the bed. Together, they give you a place to relax, a bed, and storage in one piece of furniture.
To complement Alma’s transformation, we recommend the Bamboo folding mattress. Folded, it fits the daybed’s single-bed configuration. Unfolded, it covers the 180 × 200 cm sleeping area: a practical way to turn a place to relax into a place to sleep.
You can also choose two 90 × 200 cm Bamboo mattresses. They stack when the daybed is closed and sit side by side when the bed is open.
Alma comes with solid pine slatted bases, so you can put together a bed that suits your sleeping habits.
Made in Europe, the Alma bed combines solid pine and FSC-certified engineered wood panels from responsibly managed forests. Its solvent-free, water-based painted finish reflects the same care in the choice of materials and finishes.
Its extendable design includes a retaining stop that holds the extension in place when opened. It is a useful detail in a piece of furniture made for everyday life.
Cotton bedding, a few textured cushions, a throw in a natural shade… Alma’s matte white finish lets you create a space that feels like you. Its clean lines work equally well with a soft, welcoming atmosphere or a more contemporary style.
A place to settle in by day, a bed to return to each night, and a room that remains pleasant to live in.

Yes. A stop limits how far the extension can move and prevents it from detaching from the daybed when opened.
