Original Bamboo Twin Mattress – Firm Support and a Soft Feel

The Original Bamboo twin mattress combines firm support with a soft feel. Its soft ticking and quilted finish add comfort to a child’s, teen’s, or adult’s bed. It is available in 90 × 190 cm and 90 × 200 cm, in 13 or 16 cm thicknesses, as well as 80 × 200 cm with a thickness of 16 cm.

13 or 16 cm: choose based on your needs and your bed

For adult use, we recommend the 16 cm version. The 13 cm version meets the requirements of beds that need a thinner mattress, including certain trundle and loft beds.

Before choosing, check the bed base dimensions and the maximum mattress thickness allowed by the bed manufacturer. On a trundle bed, the mattress must be low enough to allow the lower bed to be stored away.

A foam core and two identical comfort sides

The mattress core is made of 25 kg/m³ foam with an open-cell structure that promotes airflow. On each side, a 12 mm comfort foam layer and 200 g/m² polyester batting add softness.

The two sleeping sides are identical. You can flip the mattress every six months to alternate the surfaces used and distribute wear.

Soft bamboo viscose and polyester fabric

The outer fabric of this mattress is made of 21% bamboo viscose and 79% polyester. This stretch ticking feels soft to the touch, complemented by quilting on both sides. Piped edges and a quilted side panel give the mattress a neat finish.

Made in France with certified materials

The Original Bamboo mattress is made in France, in Charente-Maritime. It carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and CertiPUR certifications, relating to substance testing in textiles and foams. It comes with a three-year warranty.

Delivered flat for easy setup

Your mattress is delivered flat in protective plastic. Choose a bed base in the corresponding size. For a storage bed, also check that the mattress weight falls within the range specified for the lifting mechanism.

The cover is not removable. To keep it clean day to day, use a suitable mattress protector and correctly sized bedding.

Delivery times and availability

In-stock products ship within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery estimated in 3 to 5 business days. For preorders, the shipping date is shown on each product page. An order containing multiple pieces of furniture will be delivered in one shipment, based on the longest lead time.

Would you like a later delivery date?

You can postpone delivery of your order. Simply enter your preferred delivery date in the “Comments” field when choosing your delivery method at step 3 of checkout. We’ll schedule shipment according to your request. The carrier will then contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Returns and cancellations

You have 14 days to return your furniture in its original packaging. If you cancel after shipment, your refund will be issued less the cost of shipping in both directions. We calculate a fair, transparent, and ethical price for each return.
