ISO 14001: Production that respects resources
Making a rug, particularly washing its fibers, requires careful management of water and energy. ISO 14001 certification requires the workshop to actively reduce its environmental footprint through wastewater treatment, recycling material offcuts, and reducing CO2 emissions. For you, it offers the reassurance of a healthy home furnished with a product made in a way that protects the environment.
ISO 18001 / 45001: Certified ethical working practices
A beautiful rug should not come at the expense of the people who make it. This standard safeguards artisans’ working conditions, including health protection, workshop safety, and respect for human rights. Choosing a certified rug means supporting responsible craftsmanship that gives workers’ safety the same priority as product quality.
- Machine wash separately in a machine with a capacity of 8 kg or more, using a delicate cycle at 30 °C and no bleach.
- Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener.
- Select a low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringe, or tassels.
- Do not leave the damp rug in the machine, as the colors may run or stain.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
- Don’t worry if lint appears: these are residual fibers from cutting the cotton.
- For the first few days, we recommend brushing the rug with a stiff brush in the direction of the pile, then vacuuming it.
- We do not recommend using robot vacuums.
- If you find long or loose threads, trim them with scissors. Never pull a thread.

Our furniture is carefully packed in recyclable materials to protect it during transit. Delivery is available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

- Standard delivery – Geodis / Heppner: Delivery to the entrance of your building or home, by appointment arranged via text message or email. Allow 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery to your room – Move and Go & Guisnel: Delivery to the room of your choice. Allow 5 to 10 business days. Weekend delivery is available in the Paris region.
- Premium Delivery + Assembly: Delivery and assembly by a specialized carrier are included. Available only in the Paris region and French departments 17, 85, 79, and 44. Allow 5 to 10 business days.
- Express delivery – Geodis: Fast doorstep delivery within 1 to 3 business days for in-stock products.
- Small packages – GLS & La Poste: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours to a pickup point or to your home with signature required.

Delivery times and availability
In-stock products ship within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery estimated in 3 to 5 business days. For preorders, the shipping date is shown on each product page. An order containing multiple pieces of furniture will be delivered in one shipment, based on the longest lead time.
Would you like a later delivery date?
You can postpone delivery of your order. Simply enter your preferred delivery date in the “Comments” field when choosing your delivery method at step 3 of checkout. We’ll schedule shipment according to your request. The carrier will then contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Returns and cancellations
You have 14 days to return your furniture in its original packaging. If you cancel after shipment, your refund will be issued less the cost of shipping in both directions. We calculate a fair, transparent, and ethical price for each return.
