A graphic rug inspired by kitchen tiles
With its pattern inspired by traditional tiles, this rectangular washable cotton rug by Lorena Canals brings character to your home. Its geometric design recalls the charm of classic kitchens while feeling contemporary. An eye-catching graphic pattern that looks right at home in a kitchen, entryway, or dining area. At Maison Aveni, this rug becomes a decorative feature that helps define the space while keeping it warm and welcoming.
An elegant color palette that is easy to coordinate
This rectangular washable cotton rug comes in several harmonious shades that fit easily into your decor, including warm brown, deep blue, soft pink, and a more mineral slate tone. A subtle, balanced mix of colors adds depth to a room while pairing easily with wood furniture, natural materials, or more contemporary decor.
A practical rug for everyday life
Designed for everyday living, this rectangular washable cotton rug combines style and function. Its cotton feels soft underfoot while standing up to high-traffic areas such as the kitchen or entryway. A rug that is as attractive as it is practical, ideal for spaces where people gather, cook, and share everyday moments.
Easy care for a home that always looks its best
One of the greatest advantages of this rectangular washable cotton rug is how easy it is to care for. It can be machine washed, helping it stay clean and fresh even in the busiest rooms of the home. An ideal blend of style and simplicity, without demanding upkeep. At Maison Aveni, this Lorena Canals rug is a natural choice for an elegant, easy-to-live-in home.

To ensure the longevity of our rugs and responsible production practices, we select workshops certified to three leading international ISO standards. These are more than labels: they are rigorous management systems audited every year.
ISO 9001: Assurance of a consistent finish
This standard requires rigorous checks at every stage of production, from sourcing the wool or cotton to the final weaving. In practical terms, this ensures your rug is free from structural defects and closely matches the stated dimensions and colors. It is the assurance of a reliable finished product designed to last without deteriorating prematurely.
ISO 14001: Production that respects resources
Making a rug, particularly washing its fibers, requires careful management of water and energy. ISO 14001 certification requires the workshop to actively reduce its environmental footprint through wastewater treatment, recycling material offcuts, and reducing CO2 emissions. For you, it offers the reassurance of a healthy home furnished with a product made in a way that protects the environment.
ISO 18001 / 45001: Certified ethical working practices
A beautiful rug should not come at the expense of the people who make it. This standard safeguards artisans’ working conditions, including health protection, workshop safety, and respect for human rights. Choosing a certified rug means supporting responsible craftsmanship that gives workers’ safety the same priority as product quality.
- Machine wash separately in a machine with a capacity of 8 kg or more, using a delicate cycle at 30 °C and no bleach.
- Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener.
- Select a low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringe, or tassels.
- Do not leave the damp rug in the machine, as the colors may run or stain.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
- Don’t worry if lint appears: these are residual fibers from cutting the cotton.
- For the first few days, we recommend brushing the rug with a stiff brush in the direction of the pile, then vacuuming it.
- We do not recommend using robot vacuums.
- If you find long or loose threads, trim them with scissors. Never pull a thread.
