The Moelie upholstered bed base combines a solid pine frame throughout with soft, carefully finished fabric. Solid wood is at the heart of its design: a sturdy, durable base covered in fabric that gives the bedroom a warm, premium finish.
Available in beige or gray, the premium fabric has a subtle texture that pairs easily with your decor. The attention to detail extends to the quilted upper section and the dark taupe non-slip top panel, whose edging matches the upholstery. This panel helps keep your mattress in place day to day.
The Moelie bed base is available in 140 × 190, 140 × 200, 160 × 200, and 180 × 200 cm. The dimensions shown are the actual overall dimensions.
For the 160 and 180 cm sizes, two Velcro joining straps are included to secure the bed bases together: one at the head and one at the foot. All sizes accommodate foam, latex, or spring mattresses and support up to 250 kg in total, including the mattress.
Moelie is made in France from PEFC-certified wood and comes with a 3-year warranty. Its cylindrical legs in naturally varnished beech add a touch of light wood beneath the fabric. At 15 cm tall, they bring the bed base’s total height to 30 cm. Simply screw them into the underside of the bed base to set it up; instructions are included.
The fabric has a stain-resistant treatment that makes surface cleaning easier with a soft cloth. Its abrasion resistance is 50,000 rubs. The bed base’s upholstery is not removable. For care, spot-clean the surface without bleach.

In-stock products ship within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery estimated in 3 to 5 business days. For preorders, the shipping date is shown on each product page. An order containing multiple pieces of furniture will be delivered in one shipment, based on the longest lead time.
You can postpone delivery of your order. Simply enter your preferred delivery date in the “Comments” field when choosing your delivery method at step 3 of checkout. We’ll schedule shipment according to your request. The carrier will then contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
You have 14 days to return your furniture in its original packaging. If you cancel after shipment, your refund will be issued less the cost of shipping in both directions. We calculate a fair, transparent, and ethical price for each return.
